Year 2009 The Business (Online) Review
Now let’s talk about Online Business, the most excited business model that I (actually) love more than my offline business.

Looking back to the last few years, there were plenty of things happened
It’s almost 2 years since I first started blogging just for fun.
It’s 1.5 years since I first made my first bucks online.
It’s 15 months since I first launched my first product, and it’s 13 months ago since my second product was launched.
It’s 7 months since I made my second product which rewarded me with my fist $1000/day online.

I started the year 2009 with a great pace.
On January to March I built many MMS Sites (mini money sites as learned from e1kad) which made some nice extra money. One of the biggest money maker for me was the Barack Obama sites that sells obama merchandise, it made total me over $2000.

On May 2009, I launched my third product based on my experienced with MMS Sites. The product called the FlashMMS, this is the product that made me reach my first $1000/day online.

June, everything went quite slow because I had to focus on my offline business and taking care of several employment matters.

Around the month of July, I also make another promise for my FlashPPC customer that an update for FPPC will be released very soon. The update will include Yahoo and Adcenter update.

Things happen and I can’t fulfill my promise on the date scheduled. My wife gave birth on August and then several scheduled events with the store that I can’t catch up programming.

Plus there are several problem that I can’t figure out, especially formatting the csv files for Yahoo and MSN export.

I have been delaying the FlashPPC update for too long, I think I should not make another delay and just release it with any module that I have finished.

In 2009, I also joined Gregg’s attractivation challenge on October, it is a great challenge and I was very motivated and helped in a lot of ways, especially in my mindset and having a healthier life.

Unfortunately time constraint made me decide not able to post daily as I supposed to be. I have problem in writing in English, sometimes I took an hour to post my daily task list and daily reviews, and that left me with less time on working my projects.

So I decided to keep watching the mindmovies, create monthly goal, break it down to weekly and daily task on paper, and do “Gregg’s teaching” daily Smile

The Plan for 2010

A friend once asked me, how do I able to do so many things in so little time available?

The answer is, I always set a goal and work hard to reach what I have set.

I am a goal oriented person. I am aggressive in setting up my goals. Sometimes I set some of my goals even it seems that it’s look impossible to be accomplished.

That way, I will get more motivated to work on toward the goals. I realize that I have less time to work on my IM business, so I often pushed myself to work on twice as hard as others, on some occasion, I sleep less and wake early.

2009 has been a hectic years for me. I got so many works planned to be done, several personal matter popping within limited time available.

Some are done and many are not.

I won’t deny that, there are several important things I have set as a goal but in the end, I can’t accomplish. But I think that’s cool. Because if I had not setup my goals at the first time, I won’t be able to accomplish this much.

2010 will not be much different than 2009. I will still setup many goals, personal and business, both online and offline. In the other post, I mentioned about my personal and business goals.
